About Helensburgh Pet Shop...

We are family run business, based in the seaside town of Helensburgh, and have been trading since 1983. In our 25 years of experience in the Pet Retail trade, we have seen a lot of changes, but we continue to grow from strength to strength and are constantly looking at new ways to improve and enhance our business to provide the highest level of customer service.

October 2008 sees our latest venture, with the launch of our new e-commerce web site. We hope this site will help us continue to grow our unique service to our customers and their pets. In our experience, customers will always prefer face-to-face contact with our pet shop staff who have a wealth of knowledge and experience of what's best for feeding and caring for your pets, however, we do have a far-reaching and loyal customer base who we feel would benefit from our new online ordering service.

We also sell our very own brand of Dog Food - Lomond Valley Dog Food - its VAT FREE, excellent quality, good value and is also available in hypo-allergenic variety too!
